    Oh my word, these were the best bagels that I have ever had. Fantastic service. I loved everything about this place. If you want a bagel go to ultimate bagel, because these are truly the ULTIMATE BAGEL.

    The quality of the food did not match the high price and communication left something to be desired. I asked for the vegetarian bagel sandwich with avocado and had to repeat my order several times, item by item, as I wasn't being listened to so I explained that I'm a vegetarian to which I was asked if I wanted the bacon..normally this kind of misunderstanding doesn't bother me but I felt I was not being heard at all. Clear communication and listening is so important in providing quality customer service.

    The bagels were amazing. The traditional bagel & lox combo was amazing. We had an array of bagels and flavored cream cheeses and they were all good. My 10 year old raves about the huckleberry cream cheese. The garlic cream cheese was amazing as well. Defiantly worth the trip and if you live close grab some flavors to keep in your own fridge!

    I always get a bagel sandwhich when I am in Spokane. Great local place Go ZAGS!
